Abstract Submission Form

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

1. The presenting author and the co-authors must have contributed to the scientific part of the free paper being submitted.

2. The total time allotted for the free-paper presentation is 10 minutes. The presenter should present your paper in 6 minutes and reserve 4 minutes for the panel queries and discussion.

3. It is mandatory for the presenting author to register for the conference to be able to present their free paper/poster.

4. The slides should contain scientific videos, pertaining to the free paper being presented.

5. The final free-paper presentation has to be uploaded/submitted in the PREVIEW ROOM 2 hours before the presentation.

6. Full disclosure of all financial/commercial relationships is mandatory.

7. Last date of abstract submission is 10th June 2026

Discount

Avail 50% discount on registration fees for selected free paper presentation (oral). Please note abstracts selected for poster presentations are not eligible for any discounts on registration fees.
