Rheumatology & Eye Discussion Session at LVPEI

L V Prasad Eye Institute’s (LVPEI) GMR Varalakshmi (GMRV) Campus, Visakhapatnam, conducted an interactive Rheumatology & Eye Discussion Session with Dr Sai Kumar Dunga for LVPEI in-house faculty and fellows. The session was a continuation of a previous discussion held earlier for the same.
The session focused on the medical management of rheumatological disorders with ocular manifestations, highlighting the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Through case-based discussions and practical clinical insights, participants explored approaches to diagnosis, treatment and collaborative patient management.
The session further strengthened the interface between rheumatology and ophthalmology, providing an opportunity for clinical learning and reinforcing the role of multidisciplinary collaboration in improving patient care.
