Abstract Submission Form

Abstract submissions are invited for oral and poster presentations. Abstracts will be reviewed and submitting author will be intimated through email regarding the status of presentation.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

• The total word count should not exceed 250 words
• The first author will be the presenting author
• Abstract submissions will be accepted only through the portal
• Each participant may submit a maximum of two abstracts under any of the two available categories
• The abstract should adhere to the following structured formats:
• For Research Presentations: Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusions
• For Case Presentations: Background, Case Description, and Key take-home message

Important Dates:

• Deadline for Abstract Submission: 25^th July 2026
• Notification of Acceptance: 30^th July 2026
