62nd Indian Contact Lens Education Program

The Indian Contact Lens Education Program (ICLEP) is back for its 62nd edition at L V Prasad Eye Institute (LVPEI) — a WHO Collaborating Centre for the Prevention of Blindness and one of the world’s largest eye-care networks.

ICLEP has trained over 5,000 contact lens professionals since its inception, consistently raising the standards of contact lens practice across India. The 62nd edition continues this legacy, bringing together clinicians, optometrists, students, and industry professionals for an intensive, multi-day program at one of Asia’s premier eye-care institutions.

The program is designed to take attendees from foundational principles to advanced clinical practice. Topics span soft, rigid, and specialty contact lenses, with sessions structured to encourage interaction, case-based discussions, and hands-on learning.
